SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MARCE" {YINXING} was estimated based on all available data at 645 km East Northeast of Borongan City, Eastern Samar or 760 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.0°N, 131.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h.
