SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ENTENG" {YAGI} was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Casiguran, Aurora (16.3°N, 122.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 140 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
