SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "INENG" {YUN-YEONG} was estimated based on all available data at 1,225 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (24.9°N, 132.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving North Northeastward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the country.
