SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "FALCON" {KHANUN} was estimated based on all available data at 1,125 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (19.6°N, 132.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 135 km/h. It is moving Northward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
