SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "EGAY" was estimated based on all available data at 605 km East Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or at 725 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.7°N, 129.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
