SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "PAENG" was estimated based on all available data at 845 km East of Eastern Visayas (12.4°N, 133.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Westward at 10 km/h. Shear Line affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
