SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Maymay" was estimated based on all available data at 260 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (15.8°N, 124.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Southwestward slowly. Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 520 km West of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro (13.1°N, 116.3°E).
