SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "INDAY" {MUIFA} was estimated based on all available data at 415 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (23.8°N, 124.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 10 km/h.
