SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "FLORITA" {MA-ON} was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Lasam, Cagayan (18.1°N, 121.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 100 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 165 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h.
