SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Caloy" was estimated based on all available data at 390 km West of Iba, Zambales (15.9°N, 116.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward slowly.
