SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 360 km West Southwest of Puerto Princesa, Palawan (8.0°N, 116.0°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao.
