SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "AGATON" was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.0°N, 126.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 10 km/h. Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 415 km West Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (8.2°N, 115.3°E).
