SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 615 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.2ºN, 131.8ºE), embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. Shear Line (Tail-end of Frontal System) affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon.
