SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MARING" was estimated based on all available data at 665 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.8°N, 128.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h.

Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Catanduanes, and Samar provinces: Rains with Gusty winds, TS MARING, Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Very light to light damage to structures and vegetation possible due to moderate to strong winds
