SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MARING" was estimated based on all available data at 735 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar (12.7°N, 131.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving East at 20 km/h. Meanwhile, the center of Tropical Depression "NANDO" was estimated based on all available data at 905 km East of Central Luzon (15.7°N, 130.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving West Southwestward at 20 km/h.
