SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "MARING" was estimated based on all available data at 605 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (12.5°N, 129.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Southward at 10 km/h. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting the rest of the country.
