SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "LANNIE" was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental (10.1°N,123.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Westward at 25 km/h.
