SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "LANNIE" was estimated based on all available data at 185 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (9.7°N,126.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h.
