SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 225 km North of Itbayat, Batanes (22.8°N, 122.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h. It is moving Northward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
