SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "EMONG" was estimated based on all available data at 155 km Northwest of Itbayat, Batanes (21.7°N, 120.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness up to 70 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the country.
