SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Dante" {CHOI-WAN} was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Victoria, Oriental Mindoro (13.2°N, 121.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h.
