SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Dante" {CHOI-WAN} was estimated based on all available data at 55 km Southwest of Masbate City, Masbate (12.0°N, 123.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving Westward at 25 km/h.
