SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Dante" was estimated based on all available data at 290 km Northeast of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte (10.0°N, 128.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h.
