SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Dante" was estimated based on all available data at 650 km East of Davao City (7.6°N, 131.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 15 km/h.
